About Relief Medical Center
Relief Medical Center is committed to the medicinal value marijuana brings to a patients treatment plan. Relief Medical Center (“RMC”) provides safe and compliant access into medical marijuana programs in the State of Connecticut. To qualify, a patient needs to be diagnosed by a Connecticut-licensed physician/APRN as having one of the following debilitating medical conditions that is specifically identified in the law.
Our Physicians/APRNs do not “prescribe” marijuana in the same way other medications are prescribed to patients. Rather, physicians/APRNs may certify that a particular patient has been diagnosed with a disease that makes the patient eligible for the palliative use of marijuana and, based on a medically reasonable assessment of the patient’s medical history and medical condition, the potential benefits to the patient from the palliative use of marijuana would likely outweigh the health risks.
RMC staff is made of compassionate, understanding and intelligent professionals whose mission is to help you gain safe access to marijuana for your healthcare. Please note that Relief Medical Center is always within compliance of all state medical marijuana bylaws and ordinances.
